Our Service
Orders placed & paid for before 12.30pm are usually dispatched on the date
of order (Monday-Friday excluding public holidays).
Who do we use?
We use 'ParcelForce', 'Royal Mail' and 'An Post' to deliver your order depending
on the size, weight and type of products you've ordered. As a general
rule we use Royal Mail for orders that have a total weight of under 2.0 KG.
How much will it cost?
We've changed our delivery charges to make it as simple as possible. The cost
to ship will depend upon the the service you require. UK customers can choose
from 'Express' or 'Standard Delivery'.
Republic of Ireland - 'Express delivery'.
Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Monaco, Italy, Spain,
Greece & Portugal - 'Euro Priority Business'
UK Customers
Express Delivery (£9.70) - we aim to despatch
your order so that you receive it within 1-2 working days after your payment
has been received.
Standard Delivery (£5.95)- we aim to despatch
your order so that you receive it within 2-3 working days after your payment
has been received.
Republic of Ireland Customers
Express Delivery (£7.95) - we aim to despatch
your order so that you receive it within 1-2 working days after your payment
has been received

International Orders
If your country is not listed above then you will not be able to order online
using our store. However we can ship orders to other countries. As the delivery
charges vary a great deal it is best to email us your request to sales@anycake.com
Further Information
Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays in England & Ireland.
Additional delivery time should be allowed for any public holidays.
These timeframes are subject to stock availability and we will contact you
immediately if there are likely to be any delays.
Once despatched your order is in the hands of the courier service and we
have no control over the delivery process and can accept no liability for
late deliveries. However, we may be able to track the delivery of your order
if it does not arrive within the expected timeframe. Please contact us for
more information.
The Small Print
We may not be able to send orders to the following United Kingdom locations
if the total weight of the order is over 2.0 KG. Please contact us for more
information.
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland:
Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50,
ZE.
Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly:
Postcodes: IM, TR21-25.
Jersey, Guernsey, and Alderney
Postcodes: GY and JE
In outlying areas the deliveries can sometimes take longer. In these cases,
we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Certain services will not be available with some of the heavier or "bulk" items.
Again, in these cases, we will deliver your goods as soon as possible.
On occasion, we might need to levy extra carriage charges. If this is the case,
we promise that we will not ship any items without first seeking your approval.
