Edible Icing Sheets
Our Edible Icing Sheets are brilliant white in colour & are essentially a very thin piece of flavourless icing. They are slightly thicker than regular printing paper. 
The Icing Sheets are mounted on a plastic backing sheet to make them easy to handle and pass through the printer. When printed, dried and removed from the backing sheet, the edible icing is extremely pliable and manageable without cracking or tearing.
The smooth white surface of the icing sheet results in beautiful printed cake tops.
Icing Sheets are placed in the Canon edible ink printer’s rear tray & printed on just like you would print on regular paper. The Icing is then removed from the backing sheet & laid on top of the cake. The printed edible icing sheet will absorb into the cake icing.
