Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make from us. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Due to the nature of being a food product, the goods sold by anycake.com entitle you to a refund under the following conditions.
1. The goods have been badly damaged during transit and we are unable to replace them in timely fashion.
2. Where the goods are proven to be faulty.
3. Where anycake.com have incorrectly filled the order.
The use of a recorded delivery service for any returns is highly recommended for your own protection.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling an Order
You have the right to cancel any order for non-personalised items within 7 days. You will be refunded the cost of the items (not including any postage costs paid) provided the items are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Orders for Edible Photos or other personalised items cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. Should you wish to cancel an order for any reason please contact us immediately.

Corporate/School Orders
If you are placing an order through a company we may agree to credit terms, subject to receipt of your Purchase Order. Payment must made be within 30 days of invoice date with no exceptions. Please contact us to make arrangements.
