Our Service
Orders placed & paid for before 12.30pm are usually dispatched on the date of order (Monday-Friday excluding public holidays).

Who do we use?
We use 'ParcelForce', 'Royal Mail' and 'An Post' to deliver your order depending on the size, weight and type of products you've ordered. As a general rule we use Royal Mail for orders that have a total weight of under 2.0 KG.

How much will it cost?
We've changed our delivery charges to make it as simple as possible. The cost to ship will depend upon the the service you require. UK customers can choose from 'Express' or 'Standard Delivery': Customers from the Republic of Ireland have the option of 'Express delivery'.

UK Customers
Express Delivery (£6.95) - we aim to despatch your order so that you receive it within 1-2 working days after your payment has been received.
Standard Delivery (£5.75)- we aim to despatch your order so that you receive it within 2-3 working days after your payment has been received.

Republic of Ireland Customers
Express Delivery (£5.90) - we aim to despatch your order so that you receive it within 1-2 working days after your payment has been received

International Orders
We also handle international orders. As the delivery charges vary a great deal it is best to email us your request to sales@anycake.com

Further Information
Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays in England & Ireland. Additional delivery time should be allowed for any public holidays.
These timeframes are subject to stock availability and we will contact you immediately if there are likely to be any delays.
Once despatched your order is in the hands of the courier service and we have no control over the delivery process and can accept no liability for late deliveries. However, we may be able to track the delivery of your order if it does not arrive within the expected timeframe. Please contact us for more information.

The Small Print
In outlying areas the deliveries can sometimes take longer. In these cases, we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Certain services will not be available with some of the heavier or "bulk" items. Again, in these cases, we will deliver your goods as soon as possible.
On occasion, we might need to levy extra carriage charges. If this is the case, we promise that we will not ship any items without first seeking your approval.
